Independent music is one of your favorite things

Oh my gosh! I’m two reasons behind!

See, what is happening is, I’m back in the studio, working feverishly to check off the final punch list for the album so we can deliver Perks once the crowdfunding campaign is done a mere 10 days from now. Plus of course I’m revving up the campaign to bring in those wait-and-see folks (are you perhaps one?). We’re almost at 70% of the goal, which is close enough to make full funding possible!

Exciting times! I just need more of me to go around.  : )

So, here we are, Reason #12 and #Reason 11 together:

Because, on what starts as a perfectly ordinary day, music can take you through the Looking-Glass to wondrous places, and give you an experience you will carry with you ever after.

We’re only 14 days from the end of the campaign. 14! That’s only two weeks!

What do you think will happen? Will it fail ignominiously, or will there be a fairytale girl-gets-the-gold ending? Or, ooh! Maybe there will be a twist at the end, like in Shrek, where it turns out she’s an ogre, but that’s a good thing!
