Who will be teaching?

Elaine Romanelli began studying music at age 4, continued through high school at Settlement Music School in Philadelphia, and earned a B.A. in music with honors from Stanford University.

She works across genres, in classical music, musical theater, cabaret, pop, and folk, as a composer, songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist (piano and guitar). She is the Composer-In-Residence at the Church of St. Matthew and St. Timothy in NYC.

Since college she has used her singing, theory, performing, and songwriting expertise to teach children and adults of every level, both in individual private lessons and in group settings.

Elaine's 2015 album THE HOUR BEFORE, co-produced by folk legend SI KAHN, debuted at #3 on the international Folk DJ charts and was named to FOUR 'Best Albums of the year' lists by DJs around the country. She's toured to 23 states performing her original music.
